General Terms of  use

General terms of online purchase / sale:

The procedure and the terms of purchase / sale of goods through 's webshop Internet shop are defined through the following parameters: ordering, payment, shipping, delivery, return / reclamation of goods. The supplier of the ordered goods is Nashe obrt, Ul. Svete Felicite 5a, 52100 Pula, Croatia. A customer is considered to be an adult person who electronically orders at least one product, fills out the requested information and sends it to the Nashe's Web-shop – www.mynashe.com.  

All prices are in Euro (€), and includes VAT. Product prices do not include the delivery cost.

ORDERING

Visitors of www.mynashe.com Web-shop can order and buy as a guest or as a registered user.

1. No registration, insert the product to cart and go to the checkout.

The option cash on delivery is available only for orders delivered inside territory of Croatia. 

2. Registration: Except through the purchase process, you can register by clicking on the "Login" option at the top right of the screen and then selecting "Registration". Simply fill out the form with your information (name, last name, e-mail address, address, phone number, password). At every purchase you need to log in, entering the data from your registration, which calls on to your profile as a customer. To register you must be 18 years or older. By creating an account at our Web Store, you can quickly and easily go through the purchasing process, set up multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders and much more, also be the first informed about promotions and coupons.

BUYING PROCESS

Whether you are a registered user or purchasing as a guest, the buying process is as follows: Choose the desired item. For more information on the chosen item, please click on the image or the name of it, after which you will be redirected to the more information about the product. By pressing "Add to cart" the product will be automatically placed into your cart. In the cart you have an overview of all the items you have chosen (added to cart), the price and the quantity. You can change the amount of an item by entering the desired amount in the "Quantity" field. If you want to empty the cart, click on the "Remove" option next to each item.

When you have completed the selection of the desired items and decided to buy them, click on "Checkout" and complete the data entry process. Enter name and address where purchased items shell be shipped, 

The payment options available in Nashe's Webshop can be by PayPal, Direct bank transfer, payment on delivery and card payment. Goods are considered as ordered at the moment when the customer finishes the whole ordering process.

The customer will receive an order confirmation on the e-mail left in the checkout for the order. 

In case you did not receive this email please check the cart, if the cart is empty after your order please contact us by mail on: info@nashecosmetics.com or directly by phone at number: +385 98/9627278 (mon-fri 9.00-16.00).

Nashe company is obligated to deliver all the ordered products which at the time of delivery are in stock.

If Nashe company is unable to deliver any of the products ordered, it will contact the buyer to discuss eventual 

replacement of ordered product. All other ordered products will be delivered. 

The amount paid for the goods we eventually can not deliver will be refunded.

PAYMENT

In our web shop the following payment methods are available:

  • Cash on delivery/ Payment upon receiving the package

  • Direct bank transfer /-wire transfer

  • PayPal

  • Card payment

SHIPPING:

Ordered products are packed in such a way that they will not be damaged during delivery. When purchasing the goods, the buyer is obligated to check the condition of package and, in the case of damage, immediately report the product to the supplier.

The Seller disclaims any responsibility connected to any damages that might arise during the delivery.
DELIVERY
We use the GLS delivery service for standard shipping delivery.

Delivery time within Croatia is 24 to 48 hours, except for islands where delivery may take longer or depend on weather conditions. 

Delivery time outside of Croatia depends on different factors and it can be calculated only after order is placed.

Usually is 5-to 25 days in EU1 territory. The client is responsible for paying taxes and duties in accordance with the laws of his country.

DELIVERY COST

  • For Croatia – flat rate: 35,00HRK up to 2 kg. (5 € approx)

  • Free shipping for orders inside of Croatia above 300HRK

  • The shipment outside of Croatia is calculated by destination state and weight of package.

Delivery time and packaging: We deliver the ordered goods on a business day, within 1,2 days of the order placement.

Your package will be delivered to the address you entered as a contact.

Please make sure you entered the correct postal address and telephone number in the checkout. 

Important note: 

If you notice damage to the packaging when picking up/receiving the items, please write a note "damaged" when

signing postal receipt. If any of the products have been damaged, make a record of damage to the delivery agent, with your signature and delivery address. One copy of the record remains with you and the other goes to the delivery company.

Please contact us within 3 days so we can solve the problem in a best and quickest way.

Undelivered shipment: 

If the buyer does not receive the goods or delivery notice in the expected time, the buyer is obligated to notify the seller by

e-mail: shop@mynashe.com or by telephone at +385 98/9627278 (Mon-Fri 9:00 - 16.00) to investigate and take action.

Additional costs for returned packages: 

If the buyer refuses to receive the goods or does not raise it in the courier office after the delivery note has been left,

the seller has the right to demand from the buyer reimbursement of all delivery costs.

Return of Goods / Complaints:

Seller agrees and is obligated to deliver a product that matches the description stated on the mynashe.com web site.

All pre-packaged products are reviewed and checked. If you notice any damage, please notify us immediately by e-mail.

If the contents of the shipment do not match the order, we will return the shipment and we will send you the correct product. Replacement items are sent after receipt of disputed items, but only if all conditions of product replacement are met. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (if the reason for the complaint is no damage to the product), with the original invoice received with the delivered item and properly protected to prevent product damage during transport.. Otherwise, we will NOT accept the complaint. The image that illustrates the product on the web page corresponds to the actual appearance of the product, but there may be small differences in color due to a photo or monitor, and the buyer can not dispute this segment. The Seller is not responsible for any damages or other damages that arise in the domain of the deliverer (the company that carries out the delivery of the product). In case the shipment arrives damaged in the carriage, return the same to the delivery agent at our address and you will be sent a new replacement shipment with no cost.

Right of Contact Termination

The buyer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 44 of the Consumer Protection Act. If delivery for any reason has been made prior to the receipt of a contract termination notice, the customer may terminate the contract with the payment of the packaging and delivery service in a contractual amount of 50.00 HRK with VAT included and if the delivery costs exceed the contracted amount in the amount of the delivery costs .Immediately upon receipt of the contract termination notice, Nashe will inform the customer by e-mail that the delivery has already been made and is obliged to pay the contractual costs of packaging and delivery in the amount of 50.00 HRK with VAT included, ie the amount of delivery costs if they exceed the amount of 50.00 kn. (7 € approx)

In the event that the contract is terminated after the delivery of the product, the buyer is obliged to return the product undamaged and packed in its original packaging at its own expense. Delivery is to be made at the time Nashe company delivered the product to the delivery service. Nashe company will refund paid amount of the order relatedto the contractual amount of the cost of the packaging and delivery only if the above mentioned facts have been met.

LEGAL WARRANTY FOR MATERIAL PROPERTIES
The Seller's liability for material defects on the product is prescribed in Articles 400 to 429 of the Mandatory Relationship Act, OG no. 5 / 05.41 / 08 and 125/11. In accordance with the foregoing, the Seller is liable for the material defect of the product becoming apparent within two years of delivery of the goods or within the term of the Food Products Product.

Submitting consumer complaints
In accordance with Art. 8 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act (Nov., No. 79/07, 125/07 - Official Gazette, 79/09 and 89/09), inform consumers that complaints about the quality of our services can be sent in letter form to the following address:

The reply to your complaint will be returned in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
