HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

The product is ordered by clicking the Add to cart button. To add the product to the cart, you need to click the Add to cart button. Once you're done with the shopping, you will be prompted to provide your payment and shipping information. After you confirm your order, you will receive the e-mail confirmation. All the orders received before 12PM CET will be processed the same day. We take care of your personal information very seriously, and we'll never share it with any other party.

  • Direct bank transfer = Wire transfer

  • Card payment

  • Cash on delivery/ Payment upon receiving the package (Croatia only)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The buyer is obligated to check for any damages when picking up the ordered goods and immediately claim in case of visible damage.By signing a receipt on the receipt of the consignment, it is considered that the Buyer, by examining the consignment, has observed that products are delivereed without damages and quantitatively and qualitatively match the products from the invoice.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated automatically, depending on destination country and the total weight of the shipment, and you will be able to see them on the checkout page. You will be charged the total amount including the shipping costs, as shown on the checkout page. For members state of the European Union is from 12 € up, depending of delivery place, weight and type of shipping. Total is calculated at checkout.

RETURN & REFUNDS

We recommend that you inspect the package in the presence of the courier before signing the delivery list and if needed write a signed note, especially if the package shows visible damage.

The final price shown at the checkout page may be a subject to customs fees and other taxes, applicable to the product purchased online, in order to be compliant with the legal requirements.

Buyer is eligible to claim goods in the cases when:

the goods were not delivered as ordered

delivered goods were expired

delivery of defected or damaged goods that did not occur in the transport

Claims in different cases will not be considered
